Do I need to pay right after signing up?

No. The first 30 days are fully free, no card required. The trial is given once per device.

How much does it cost after the trial?

For a realtor: 90,000 UZS a month, 250,000 UZS for 3 months or 900,000 UZS a year. For an agency with 20 seats: 1,200,000 UZS a month. Pay via CLICK with an UZCARD or HUMO card. If you pay during the trial, the paid period starts when the trial ends — you keep your free days.

What devices does the CRM run on? Is there an iPhone version?

Right now it runs on Windows PCs and Android phones, and data syncs between them automatically. An iPhone version that works right in the browser is coming soon — same account, same data on all your devices.

What language is the app in?

Russian, Uzbek (Latin and Cyrillic) and English. You can switch the language in the app settings.

Who can see my clients?

You can, and if you work in an agency, its head can too. The agency’s listings are visible to its whole team. Realtors outside your agency cannot see your base. Only listings you publish yourself appear on rizq.estate.

Can I move my listings from OLX?

Yes. Paste your OLX listing link into the new-listing window — photos, price and description fill in by themselves; you just check and save.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

The account switches to read-only: listings, clients and chats are kept and you can still reply to clients, but you can't add or change records, and your listings are temporarily removed from the Rizq Estate marketplace. Everything comes back right after payment.

How is the Agency plan different from the individual one?

20 seats in one workspace (an extra seat is 60,000 UZS a month), a shared agency listing base, a shared lead inbox, and 3-day trainees who don't take a seat.

Do I need setup or onboarding?

No. Rizq CRM works right after installation — no integrator, no sales request, no team training. A realtor signs up alone and adds the first listings the same day.

How do I reach support?

On Telegram: @rizq_support_bot. The bot asks your language, who you are and your phone number, then an operator replies in the same chat. We reply within an hour, daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
